How to open WikiPedia article from any Windows program using One Click feature

For example, if you are working in Internet Explorer and require information from WikiPedia on one of the words in the text, you can do the following:

1.	Place mouse cursor on the relevant word.
2.	Press Alt key and click mouse button. The window of WikiReader will appear onscreen displaying the related WikiPedia article.
