How to open WikiPedia article from any Windows program using hot keys

For example, if you are working in Microsoft Word and require information from WikiPedia on one of the words in the text, you can do the following:

1.	Select the relevant word using the mouse or the keyboard.
2.	Press Ctrl+C two times. The window of WikiReader will appear onscreen displaying the related WikiPedia article.
