Recover deleted files from photo/video camera

Warning! Do not perform file operations on the camera disk to be recovered. Each operation can damage the data which you wish to recover.

  1. Connect the camera to the computer. If necessary, set the camera to removable storage mode.

  2. Select “Complete Search” in the scanning method selection window. Complete search uses Raw Search technology and allows finding the maximum possible number of files.

  3. Specify the disk on which the deleted files are located. You can select the camera disk from among the logical/physical disks or specify a disk image.

  4. Begin scanning and wait for it to finish.

  5. Select files you want to save.

  6. Save selected files.

    Warning! Do not save files on the disk from which data are being recovered.
